The Evolution High Thread Heavy Section Hex Head Self-Drilling Composite Panel Fastener (Tek 5), with a 16mm Galvanised Washer. It is designed for fixing cladding/roofing applications to hot/cold purlins/rails and fastening liner panels and general components to steel.
Made from carbon steel with a AISI C1022 material grade, with a twin coarse thread form and an insulation thickness range of 75-90mm.
Steel thickness of 3.5-12.5mm and recommended drill speed of 1500-2500 RPM.
