The Evolution SuperTEK7 Wing Drill Double Countersunk Head Tek Screw, with a Torx 30 drive bit, is designed for when timber is being fastened to thicker steel section or where extremely hard steels defeat normal tek screws.
Made from carbon steel and AISI C1022 material grade, with a 1000hr Evoshield coating. 
Twin thread form ('V' fluted), drilling capacity of 4.0-18.0mm and a recommended drill speed of 1500-2500 RPM.
